In detail, behind the lances the banners can be glimpsed. On the back of the horse's scabbard you find the initials HB - after the artist. Hans Burgkmair.
A work that has a fantastic story behind it. This print is number 55 of a total of 132 prints commissioned by Emperor Maximilian I. Intended to be PR for his empire.
The picture is sold without a frame.
About the condition of the print: The print is in very good condition. There may be minor creases on the paper, something that can be fixed in the press when framing.
